Despite several attempts to speak about my account and organise paying my bill sparks have been rude to me from day 1. Refusing to speak to me regarding my account and consistently claiming that my account is in someone else's name. This other person has never contacted, dealt with or had any past dealings with sparks neither have they ever paid their bill. on the other hand I have been in contact with sparks both setting up the account, dealing with Meyer readings and, of course, paying the bill up until the point the rudeness began. I also have never received a phone call, text, letter or email with any information about my account. They refuse to Divulge my details to me, refuse to speak to me and have locked me out. They are now sending threatening emails and texts to this other person. This is not right.
