Where do I start? Truly the worst customer service i've ever had. Nobody seems to pass on notes to anybody, I haven't had a gas connection at my property since I moved in and yet, 9 months later, they're still having debt collectors calling me because they've been charging me idiotic running charges. It seems if one member of staff had a brain cell my situation would be resolved. The service i've received within the past year is a total joke. I can't even award them less than 1 out of 5, but if I could, I would.
